Too big to fit anywhere.

I love the part of my massage when the therapist puts the hot towel on my face. Thought I’d recreate the joy at home. I love this unit. I fit 12 hand towels nicely. They get hot and make me feel like I’m in a Calgon commercial. Very decadent. This fit nicely on a shelf in my bedroom. It would have been too bulky for the bathroom, and too far from the electric outlet there. I love it!

I really liked the clean, fresh, simple design. It reminds me of a mini fridge. I also really like that it has a window in the front allowing you to see what is inside. I like being able to see the contents inside the warmer and just find it more aesthetically pleasing and modern looking. The UV light sterilizer is such a nice addition because it keeps the towels clean and sanitized. I’m disappointed it doesn’t consistently get the towels hot. I turn it on a couple of hours before needing towels. Most of the times Ive used it the towels are only slightly more than warmed...or else they’re completely dry. I don’t know maybe the one I received is defective but it doesn’t work as well as I was hoping it would. Another down side is that it drips water from the condensation on the door and it drips to the small tray in the bottom. Unfortunately it does overflow too quickly if you put the amount of towels it fits and it ends up spilling all over the floor. Not that big of a deal but a bit annoying. Overall I’m disappointed this item didn’t work out for me so I definitely wouldn’t purchase a towel warmer again.

It bears towels nicely gets real hot I don’t think I will leave it on without monitoring it. It’s not real heavy but bulky and it is made cheaply. I think I’m going to look for something else. It was easy to put the racks in.
