This is my first time purchasing this product. I used it the other day and I was well pleased. It was easy to assemble and all the parts were there. I had to shut it off a couple times because the towels were getting extremely hot. That was good because it lets me know that product is working properly. For the size of towels I was using, I could fit maybe 5 at the most. The steam was coming out effectively. I would say overall that this is a good product to begin with. I would definitely recommend it.

Very cute little towel warmer! It only holds up six towel towels, though. It’s perfect for what I need it !UPDATE!! This towel warmer doesn’t work properly anymore. It was an ideal. I love how small it is

This is an ok towel warmer. I didn’t realize that I had to wet and wring out the towels first before putting them in the warmer, so the towels I put in it were still dry in the center of the rolls after steaming. I think it will work fine if I do that next time. Also, be VERY careful where you put your bare hand once the unit is on. I went to take a photo from the top looking down and burned my hand on the steam coming out of the top. I couldn’t see it but it was there. Ouch!

When I first removed this from the box, I felt that it was very flimsy and would probably not function well. I put a thin wash cloth, a thick wash cloth, and a medium thick hand towel in it and cranked it up. After almost 10 minutes, I opened it up and couldnt believe how much steam came out! I unrolled the medium thick hand towel, and it was very hot inside. I was shocked because I really thought with it being so flimsy it would not perform. This thing brings the water to a boil and produces a lot of steam! It comes with tongs for hot towel removal. I had to bend the tongs in order for them to work properly, but that wasnt a big deal. I really like how hot this makes the towels and how quickly it achieves that. Only. Time will tell if it holds up since the plastic vessel that holds the towels is a bit thin.
