Haven’t had a chance to hang it up yet (need to move an outlet). However, tried it out a few times and it is a game changer. Helps so much when you are chilly getting out of the shower - I really enjoy it and wish I had got one sooner!

This towel warmer is lovely - warm towels every day almost makes you feel like you’re icing at a spa…it heats up relatively quickly and was not terribly difficult to install, and the plug option certainly made DIY installation even easier (the instructions were easy to follow and all the pieces were clearly marked, though it would benefit from a template to show where all the screw holes should go into the wall).

Ill start with the good. Its absolutely beautiful, I wouldve never thought about a towel heater being a statement piece but it definitely demands attention. The heating options and time settings are nice and are displayed well. Gets hot, warms towels, works great. The not so good. installation was a nightmare. The places needing drilled were not symmetrical. Measure each post separately, the bottom with the cord is mounted on a different location. Had we noticed this it may not have been so bad.

Perfect size and love the modern design works great for warming my towels…
