Filtre purificateur d'air Samsung Bespoke

I like the air purifier itself but it is impossible to buy the filters. I contacted the parts website and facebook messenger, no luck. How are we supposed to continue using the air purifier without the filter? It’s only been a year since we purchased it. Can you guys refund our unusable air purifier? very disappointed with samsung product on this.

I bought two cube air purifiers because I really liked them but it's hard to get the filters.

I invested in buying 7 of their air purifiers in the last 2 years. And now I can't even find their filter replacements on ANY store, including on Samsung's website itself. This is unacceptable. Give me back my money for the machines if you're not going to support your product.

They sell you a new machine, but cant buy a replacement filter after the 6 months. This isnt a 10 year old model. You would expect them support it for more then an year!

Please someone inform the legal team and the relevant executives that they are risking class action for discontinuing a critical consumable part for the functioning of the product they sold to the customer. Bring back the filters. They are being produced and sold in other markets.
