i’ve purchased my 2-door refrigerator in 2015. samsung decided to change the locking key of the water filter so i cannot use them, making the water filtration useless. never buy samsung again.

I just installed a new filter and followed the directions. The tastes lousy! It's never done that before. Took out the new filter and the water tastes like regular old city water.

I see that my frustration with trying to find a filter that actually fits my Samsung refrigerator is not unique. The filters could be installed very easily until a few years ago. Now, even after remodeling the teeth on the filter, I can’t get it to install. From the reviews, it’s obvious that Samsung knows about the problem but for some reason refuses to fix it. Shameful!
