Filtre de remplacement de l'eau du réfrigérateur (Ensemble de 3) HAF-CU1-3P

I purchased the filter about a month ago and it would not fit on there very well. Kind of clipped on there and water went all over the place in my refrigerator on the floor. It was a complete mess.

same complaint as others…water filter no longer fits…. who managed this project? makes no sense when there are thousands of refrigerators out there, im sure, requring the original model filter. im available if you want better product management. shame

lousy lousy lousy--filter doesn't fit my refrigerator. i was promised by the "customer support" person on the phone that it would. lousy lousy lousy samsung.

Filter cost is on the high side for a filter supposedly lasting only six months. Our last refrigerators water filter needed to be replaced yearly and cost half the price of our current refrigerator filter.

i had same problem few years ago....filter would NOT fit.....their technician over the phone advised me to replace the housing to accommodate new filter design !!!
