It arrived broken!

Poor quality and damage! I thought we had everything resolved but I am still missing one knob for the top drawer. I don’t imagine I would be able to get one now.

It took longer Delivery than expected, it also came damaged, clearly dropped as the box was damaged as well. No set solution of damaged item yet after many back and forth emails. So, it is sitting unboxed, in the living room incredibly inconvenient.. especially since this is the one last thing to finish our bathroom remodel. guess now we just wait, and wait.. From a very long time Wayfair customer.. nothing like this has ever happened with my Wayfair orders, I am surprised to see how they deal with a resolution for damaged items. I guess we’ll just keep waiting
