The base is very sturdy. The vanity top came with several imperfections and chipping on the underside. They stared they were unable to only replace vanity top which did add delay to the project. Otherwise pretty happy with product.

Cabinet seems solid and doors are soft closing but you do need to push them all the way shut. The unit arrived with scratches and blemishes on the corners of the countertop. I worked with manufacturer and unfortunately they were not able to send just a replacement countertop so ended up with an entire new unit. The replacement countertop also has some blemishes on the corners and Wayfair did provide a discount off the price so I kept it and made it work vs. the hassle of a return.

Nice heavyweight piece of furniture. Fits in the space perfectly.
