I was looking for a sink that was 21 inches vertically corner to corner. The picture on the site shows 21 inches, but when I received the sink and measured it it was 20 inches. It was too short to fit the area. I processed a return and mentioned this in my comments. I asked, in the comments, to be credited for the return shipping due to this issue. I only was refunded the sink and not the shipping. I now called Wayfair and was told that the credit is no longer possible due to the return already being processed and the system will no longer allow the refund. I was disappointed and the woman I was speaking to said due to what seems I was sent the wrong sink, she sent me a 10% discount coupon by email that expires in 60 days. I would prefer the shipping refund since I am not sure I will need something to purchase within 60 days.
