Shipping time was just what they saidpretty quick. Came with not damage and nicely packed w grease protectors on the main pieces. We haven’t installed yet but I’m so excited for this piece. Beautiful, large shower head!

Bathroom is still in the remodel process, but the shower has been in use for a few days now. We love the rainfall type shower head. Both the shower head and handheld spray have good water pressure. The actual faucet handle is mounted on the opposite wall from where the shower head and sprayer are located.

So I bought this for a new master bath update and I havent installed it yet. It was packaged well, appears exactly as shown in the listing and the instructions appear clear. I will update my review once it has been installed and used. Update very happy with the rain shower water pressure and the handheld, while the stream is not adjustable, is exactly what I wanted. The only thing I can complain about is that the black coating started chipping off during instillation, so have a can of black matte spray paint around for occasional touch ups.
