I called customer service because I never received the item. The item was reordered and I never received the replacement. I am unable to write a valid review due to not receiving the item. I am unable to upload a picture.

The door and hardware were shipped in different packages. They were very well packaged and while it took a couple months to get them in, we were very pleased. The quality of the door is very good - it's heavy! The door is matte black, no trim, just flush. It does not include a handle, so be sure to buy that separately.

Sturdy and great looking. A bit of a challenge to hang. Definitely needs two people to install. I purchased the floor slide but it wasn’t necessary. Be careful of gapping. The door trim left up created a small gap where you could see in.

Absolutely love this door! Very sturdy and the color is perfect! It is a 2 person job to install this door , I did attempt to do it by myself and gave up! I just love the look and ease of barn doors. And this door it perfect!
