Code lock does not program. Have spent hours trying to get this thing to work to no avail. Going to have to buy another lock. Very disappointing by Schlage.

The electronic lock did not work. Called Schlage 4 times to troubleshoot. Eventually they concluded the smart lock did not work and forwarded the claim to their warranty department (vs just automatically replacing it). Now I still await hearing from “warranty department”.
