I did not like the product because the design is bad. While in the closed position it does look attractive, in operation the opening flap is hinged in the center with very little rotational movement, barely allowing one's fingers to fit between the edge of the opening and the center of the flap. While it does allow the device to be installed either side up, that does not offset the fact that it is very difficult to use. In addition, when one does insert fingers there is such a small ledge to pull against that it becomes very difficult to open a loaded drawer. The finish is excellent, but has a sort of yellowish tinge to it which I did not care for. Finally the cutout required is large and oddly shaped because the device has two "wings" on each side to receive the screws that hold it in place, and the clearance between the ends of those projections and the surrounding flange is very small. So any error in making the cutout would not be covered by the faceplate. I would not recommend this product.

These are a life saver! We had a design conflict which prevented a traditional pull. This recessed pull is beautiful and saved the day, making the cabinet functional and easy to access without interference. Pros: design Cons: none
