This is beautiful. Customer service on this was top notch. I was struggling with the installation and function and the problem solved right away. The lock itself is exactly what I needed. Each one of us has our own code- including teenagers, contractors and cleaning lady. Everyone can be tracked. No worries about lost or forgotten keys. App helps to turn on and off access. We live in weather that can get to -40c and we haven’t had a problem with the biometrics or touchpad at all. Best purchase!
