Great knobs with a nice, substantial weight to them, small minimal look. The quality is excellent, but I'm very disappointed with Wayfair's return process. I ordered both the black and brushed nickel finishes to compare, but ultimately decided to go in a different direction instead. Although both ordere of knobs arrived together in a SINGLE box, Wayfair requires me to return each order in SEPARATE boxes. To make matters worse, both return shipping labels are going to the same destination, yet I still have to pay return shipping for each box separately. The product is great (5-STAR), but the return experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated - hence the 3-star review.
