We love the rain shower head! The wand is great to do a quick spray down of the shower. I love how easy it is to switch from the shower head to the wand.

I am not able to get anyone to install the shower. However a similar shower set was in use at a strip mall spa and it was a pleasant showering experience. So far this unit has sat on a shelf for several months.
