could not believe that I received the 1st AC in a badly repaired box, upon opening found it to have been dropped n broken pieces. did receive another AC and it is ok. also I was to understand if I signed up for a wayfair card I would receive a 50 dollars off, have not received a wayfair card as of today

Have not taken A/C out of box yet (next couple of days) but delivery arrived 6 days early, intact and not damaged. I was prepared to carry unit up the 7 stairs to apt. but before I could go down to front door, FedEx driver had unit to my apt. door. First time ordering from Wayfair and will be ordering many more times. Overall, a great experience.
