I also thought that the flooring would be lighter colored from the website photos. Ordered 22 boxes! It’s a beautiful flooring and we will make it work, but for other potential buyers, be aware that it is darker than pictures show.

Very disappointed, I ordered 1 full box of this flooring to make sure the color was accurate to the photo before purchasing for an entire home and I am so glad I did because the color of flooring I got is nothing compared to the website images. I would never even guess its any where near the same flooring. Its a very pretty floor, if you are looking for a dark brown with mild variations. I was looking for a rustic lighter brown flooring with heavy variations and knotting (like the website shows) but got something completely different. I hope they update the flooring photos on the website because like I said it is really pretty for someone looking for this style, but it's misleading for those of us wanting what the photos on the website represent.

This floor is great for a chic country/farmhouse design.
