We were expecting greater water pressure than our previous shower head, which had fewer nipples. The new one has so many nipples that the water pressure is reduced. I'd love to exchange this for a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this showerhead. It’s hard to find a 12 in. square rainfall shower head. It looks beautiful and has a very nice spray. Looks great with the other Signature shower hardware. I like it so much that I just bought a new house and I am going to put the same shower head in my new shower.

I love the look and quality of the products we bought from Kohler. The only problem we in countered was up on the piece or pipe that comes out of the wall it has a lever to switch from rain shower head to hand held that it’s a little high and my wife can’t reach it and I have to really stretch to reach it. We need an extension to go on it about 4-6 inches would work. Everything else is great and our showers are wonderful!

Works great, good flow and no issues installing. Great value for the price.

Seems to have good water pressure and works great for my client’s bathroom renovation.
