Thought I was paying for a top brand at a premium price so that I would get a good product. Imagine my disappointment when upon arrival, I noticed that the pull down head is made of plastic which has the appearance of metal to match the rest of the unit. This will be installed in a rarely used laundry sink. If it were for a higher use sink like a kitchen, I would return due to concerns about durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet does everything we need and it's pretty to look at. We especially like the switch that turns it from stream to spray. Our last one had a rubber cover over the switch that wore out quickly. This one is sturdy and works perfectly.

We are completely satisfied with the kitchen sink faucet. The service was excellent and the number of choices was amazing.
