So far excellent. Product arrived quickly and undamaged, product looks good. Not yet installed.

Wayfair shipped me what I think is some of the parts for just the D ring. Nothing else. It’s clearly not even the right size box to fit the other items, not the expected weight listed on the item. It’s frustrating to wait for something and receive the completely wrong product. The lack of care shows. Further, I now have to go out of my way to find a printer to get the return label made, sort the return with FedEx and wait for a new item. Blarg.
