Love it! It's sleek and modern looking. It's easy to clean given the "skirt." And it functions well. Only negative is that seat lid is easy-to-scratch/scuff plastic, but I think that's the norm these days, and it's really not noticeable until I go to clean and am focusing on it.

We recently finished building our house and installed our toilets. 3 of the toilet bowls won’t hold water. Do not purchase this toilet.

Beautiful timeless design.

As a new business owner, I was excited to begin two bathroom renovations and chose to order materials through Wayfair. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any supplier. I ordered two toilets and two vanities in early May. The first two toilets arrived quickly—but both were completely shattered. Wayfair’s solution? I had to repackage the broken toilets and bring them to a FedEx drop-off location just to receive replacements. I complied, only to receive a second set of toilets—both shattered again. Attempting to exchange them online, I was only offered a 20% refund (and told to keep the broken toilets?) or the option to return them for a full refund. After multiple back-and-forths, I ended up with three broken toilets to dispose of, two returned, and finally two intact toilets I could install. The time and effort wasted were unacceptable. The vanities were another nightmare. Wayfair uses a third-party shipper, ShipRight of Portland, who called me twice to schedule delivery between 2:00–6:00 PM. I took two days off work to be available—no one showed up either time. After three calls to Wayfair and finally reaching someone at ShipRight, I had to take a third day off to drive to Portland, Maine, and pick up the vanities myself. Thankfully, they weren’t damaged. This entire ordeal delayed my project and reflected poorly on me as a new business owner trying to build a reputation. The lack of accountability, poor logistics, and customer service failures were beyond frustrating. Needless to say, I will never purchase from Wayfair again—and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
