This is a very sturdy, well-constructed faucet; however, it is impossible to keep looking clean. I purchased the brass version, and have found NO way to buff, clean or polish it to remove the smears and water spots. I would not purchase again because it just drives me crazy, and they are not cheap faucets. I wipe them down after every use and they still look horrible. I have had no problems with the way they work, or getting the temperature correct, but it is maddening that they look dirty all the time. If anyone out there knows a trick, please post it!!!!

I am equally impressed by the quality control on the aged finish after receiving 8+ items in aged brass that look identical. I will definitely continue to recommend and purchase SH’s fixtures.
