This item is terribly represented and the item description is inaccurate. It doesn't give you important technical info that any plumber would need and there are many versions of this at slightly different pricepoints, making it a nightmare to select the correct one. What I got looks like a Frankenstein steampunk monster jutting soooo far out of the wall. Not to mention the instructions are non-existent and the customer service from the manufacturer was not helpful. Returning!!
