Poorly constructed. Not insulated so water gets cold quickly.

Bathtub looks beautiful and will soon be installed. Conversations with Wayfair “customer service” were abysmal. They could offer no solutions when directly asked and just came up with anodyne comments meant to be reassuring but, since they were devoid of any actual content, were just maddening.

Beautiful and the perfect size!

This tub is huge which I love, I am 6 ft tall and wanted my legs to lay flat. Only problem is the quality of this tub. The sprayer mechanism sprung a leak and I have only had it installed for about 6 months. Hopefully I can get a replacement.

So far so good. Delivered to the basement door. Starting to attach the faucet valves. No true instructions how to but common sense set in. Finding a 12” by 12” OC coupler is next. Stores only sell 12 x 38” valves. Going to check a spa pool company. This isn’t about a toilet’s flow of water, it’s a whirlpool. I’ll let you know more when we have water flowing. Happy with the design of this newly designed tub. 8 items to configure across the top, not six. The grandkids cant wait to see its bubbles.
