The battery pack was faulty after not even a full year of use. We looked into having it wired to our electricity, but the manual doesn't provide any information about the manufacturer and compatable equipmet needed for wiring. Customer service reused to provide any assistance or information because I didn't purchase the extended warranty.

I used it for 3 days and it stopped working!!! I will call tomorrow to find out if it can work without the battery box like a regular faucet. If it does not I will return it and buy a regular faucet.
