3-Lite 78" Frosted Glass Bi-fold Doors with Installation Hardware Kit for 80" Door Opening Height

We love the new Bi-fold doors. They look so nice, exactly as described in the advertisement. Instructions were not great, but on the wayfair description it shows a 2 minute video how to install. This was quite helpful, and knowing this beforehand was a plus when doors were delivered. Smooth operation of sliding doors

This door is “ok” if you have the patience to put all of the hardware on. The instructions are in MM, but there is a handy conversion chart to show you the MM conversion is 5 1/69 inches which obviously doesn’t exist on your tape measure . Yikes. So have a MM tape measure handy. The black wood finish can chip off easily if you’re not careful as well. This is an inexpensive “look” I was going for in an Asian inspired guest room. The facia board is not thick at all, so I had to add another piece and paint it black, and it still doesn’t appear level but that could be my opening. The included knob feels like the cap that comes on a gallon water jug, so do yourself a favor and have another one handy. I’m putting multiple knobs on and starting right to left, but if you’re only using one, obviously it needs to be placed in the middle to properly open the bi-fold. I would say it was worth the purchase even though it was frustrating and there are no pre-drilled holes. It does feel light weight and kind of cheap, but looks the way I intended so it works for me. If I had to pay someone to install it, it wouldn’t have been worth it in my opinion.

These closet doors are very nice and expensive looking. They are sturdy and the install was easy enough for me. I was suprised to see and feel the quality of these doors. I highly recommend.

Nice style. Moves easily. Very difficult to install per our handyman. the height isn’t exactly what it says so he had to substitute a piece of wood at the bottom but still works well. Let’s good light through while still allowing for privacy in our bathroom.
