This grab is great for both function and style!

We looked at at least 6 grab bars for our bathrooms. This is small, good looking yet still does the job of providing extra security getting in and out of the shower and tub. I'm not sure it's best if you truly have balance problems - most 12 inch bars have 12 inches of area to grab and are closer to 15 inches top to bottom. This has just under 12 inches of area to grab - which could be an issue for some people. It was also less beefy - for most of the others I had trouble getting my hand fully around the bar but this one fits great (I'm a woman who wears a medium glove). I have no idea how more petite people use the more common grab bars that are so much wider. We're really happy with this.

Beautiful!! Doesn't look like an ADA grab bar at all, and is simply beautiful!! Feels very secure to use.

This grab bar is the perfect size. Mounted this vertically on the wall close to the free-standing bath tub for extra safety getting in and out of the tub. Looks beautiful, not too big and the perfect solution for needing a little something to hold onto.
