TWICE the box came with something OTHER than a Smedbo grab bar. Other Smedbo items were shipped like a hook and double towel bar. What will the next package hold? I advised them that whatever their bin says, is not what it holds. Frustrated!! But Wayfair did take my phone calls.

They are beautiful and match with the other polished brass items in the bathroom that were purchased many years ago. The size is perfect for a person's hands without taking up a large area of space on the wall.
