This smart toilet’s shape is a little unique, as it is rectangular so it looks like it would take up a little more space but it doesn't and the shape does not take away from its comfort. It has all the features you need for a mostly touchless experience making it more hygienic than the standard toilet. The lid opens automatically when you approach. There is also a foot tap feature on the bottom right that will open the seat. There is no work for someone sitting down. The lid opens when you approach all you have to do is sit down, do your business and when you stand up it will flush itself and eventually close the lid on its own. The temperatures of the seat, the water and the air are controlled by a remote so that you can adjust to your desired comfort level. The bidet offers a feminine wash that most other smart toilets don’t, and there is a nice nightlight so that you don’t even need to turn the lights on to go at night! My only issue with this toilet is that the first one I received was wet and appeared to be used. The replacement I received was damaged and also moist with a really bad smell. The last one I received was also moist and had a bad smell as well as having what appeared to be some mold. I left it open in the garage for about a week and cleaned it up and it works great! I would have given it five stars but am very disappointed in the fact that I had to clean these up and let them air out.

This smart toilet and bidet is really a great addition to the bathroom. It was packaged very well and was a little difficult to get installed, especially since I had to run an electrical outlet two behind the toilet. But once it was all done, the toilet toilet works quite well and the controls are very easy to use. My only complaint is that the square shaped toilet seat is not exactly the most comfortable compared to an oval toilet seat.

Toliet is gorgeous. It looks very expensive and modern. Item is guaranteed to upgrade any bathroom. Item was packaged well. No scratches or damage. The seat is comfortable and a great height. Item is as described.
