Not happy at all with this. First of all, in the description says it is a quiet machine, 49 decibels it reads, well it isn’t at all, it shakes and rattles soooo loud when it is in AC mode, and when you think is over, it starts to vibrate so loud all of a sudden (not nice when you and your baby are sleeping).
Second, in heating mode, the exhaust hose has to be set up with the trim on the window, how am I supposed to keep the room warm when the trim kit is so bad it has gaps in the middle When reading the description of the item, this information is not there. Winter where I live is not the worst but -20C is pretty darn cold and that window trim is not going to make the cut.
Last but not least, actually the most important thing, it leaks! In AC and dehumidifier modes it is supposed to drain from a hole at the back bottom of the machine by onto a tray (not provided by the way and it is not specified on the product description) but it actually leaks from all around that drain holepipe at the bottom (I found this when there was a big puddle of water on the floor to my surprise).
Not worth all the money I spent on it.
