Love the look of this rack, the polished nickel and the simple design. We installed and have been using this for 2 years and, I will say, the mounting hardware needs to be tightened every several months or the shelf will tilt down from the weight of 3 bath towels.

Came bent and damaged from the manufacturer. My contractor was able repair it but dissapointing given the cost.
