I’m happy with this shower head for the settings. I don’t see or feel a difference it makes with my hard water.

This shower head works great! Our water is very hard, and I can feel the difference in my hair. It was easy to install (even came with thread tape, which I appreciated), and happy to receive an extra filter. The rain setting is a nice bonus.

The product was very well-made. I had to return it for one for one of the two reasons that I state below first the housing for the filter is 10 inches in diameter, and it was very heavy, if this was filled with water would be extremely heavy, and I was fearful of it, dislodging my spout from the shower and possibly creating a leak behind the wall that I would not know about otherwise the shower head was very nice and well-made, but the description was not accurate. It should show the actual size of the filter housing so we can make an educated purchase. That’s the only reason why I gave it four stars otherwise if it was smaller, I probably would’ve kept it and not returned it. Hope this helps.
