I really dont care for this key pad lock for the very reason it keeps locking after you unlock the door and like in a min it automatically locks again and secondly too diff to reset the password. So for me I gave it a one star. Handy man installed it and he couldnt even reset the password! I would Not recommend this item!

This is a very sturdy deadbolt digital lock. I like that there is the digital option of entering a code to unlock or using the key (two were included). The installation instructions were thorough and easy to follow. We did have some trial and error trying to follow the programming instructions. They are not really clear. Once we got them figured out, the lock works great. I dont like that you cant turn the lock off when going in and out several times and want to keep the door unlocked.

What a time we had putting this together — YIKES! Here’s the biggest piece of information you need right up front read the directions while using the QR codes on the box. The QR codes on the packaging are super thorough but they completely skip one critical step — how to program the lock orientation. And guess what That QR code is only in the little direction booklet. That tiny omission cost us a whole hour of unnecessary frustration, so do yourself a favor use both sets of guides together. The good news Once it’s installed, this thing is a beauty. • Auto-locks smoothly • Easy to set up • Lets you program multiple users (and remove them just as easily) • Has the cutest little doorbell chime • And all your setup guides default right into Google Drive for safekeeping Now that it’s up and running, we honestly love it. Just don’t skip that orientation programming step like we did!

This security smart lock, keyless entry door lock is great. It was a very easy installation. The quality is good. It looks nice. It is a very helpful thing to have. I would recommend this product, no more fumbling around with a key.

This seems like a high quality product but I can’t install it because every door I have has a jimmy proof deadbolt andor a mortise lock. This isn’t a replacement for those, I didn’t realize that. I’m going to give this to my sister and I’ll update my review once she has it set up.
