This arrived 3 weeks late and I had to tell to get it. The toilet is nice but the back is narrower than I expected. My bathroom is still in progress so it has yet to be used, I’m not certain of how powerful it flushes.

The product itself was good, however it has not been installed yet to know if there are any leaks. I gave it a low score due to a bad delivery experience. The two men that delivered it, delivered it to another address. They spoke very little English when I talked to them by phone to find out why it had not been delivered. They claimed it was delivered. My husband located it about 4 doors away from our house. By that time the delivery guys showed back up where they dropped it and brought it down to our house. I did not appreciate the difficult communication issue with them and the fact that they insisted they had delivered it. Yes, to the WRONG house!

Well, after only 3 years, it had to be replaced. It's a toilet that supposedly doesn't need a seal, and well, we found out the hard way, toilets need a seal. It did a lot of damage to my flooring that had to be replaced. Terrible toilet and I won't buy anything like this again. It was also way too expensive, but I got it for the height, as I have a disabled person in my home. Anyway, this was not a good toilet and it ended up costing me a lot more in the long-run.

Beautiful toilet. Arrived in excellent condition although rather late.

Ive ordered this toilet before and loved it, but theres been some change and the tank is now extra narrow which creates an odd gap between the toilet and wall.
