Source distributor is very responsive, as is Wayfair. HOWEVER, product is NOT as written description. The sink is NOT integrated - it is attached from underneath and sealant doesnt appear to be uniform or reliable. The countertop and sides may be vitreous china, but it is made by attaching pieces with adhesive to form a box (top wsides) The connection corners are not aligned very well - corners are crooked. with oozed adhesive. Although the metal is finished on all sides, the sinkcounter top is not finished on the wall side. We received unit that had been previously shipped elsewhere and returned. The front left side of the front was chipped. Returning for full refund, however, shipping box was weakened a lot per multiple shippings and openings. Corrections are needed to the written description so potential buyers are aware of what is actually being offered.
