Love them easy to install very decorative and great soundproofing

The thickness on these panels is as promised. I am somewhat skeptical they are actually fiberglass or mineral wool inside. I own many acoustic panels from more well-known manufacturers. The front should be soft, as only the fabric cover should be over the insulation. With these, the fronts are rigid - there is clearly a solid material over whatever insulation they are using. I am uncertain if this reduces the effectiveness, but it's absolutely not how well-designed panels are made. It also prevents me from knowing what's actually being used inside of the panel. The other minor critique is the adhesive backing. At minimum, panels should use sawtooth or wire hangers so they are not entirely flush with the wall. Sticking them directly to the drywall will absolutely reduce their effectiveness. In my case I just purchased some sawtooth hangers for $3 elsewhere, but it's concerning the design encourages you to use them that way.

Poor quality. I couldn’t even return because it will Cost me 32 for return. I am done with wayfair since they delivered poor quality and if you don’t like you pay shipping cost.

We like our panels! Ordered more with the only issue that four were from one dye lot and the other four another dye lot(slightly different colors) wayfair quickly resolved that issue so five stars for product and five stars for product!

These panels transformed our media room. Great quality at a great cost.
