We ran into the same issue with installation of having to shim the bottom rail. It took twice as long for install. Also the Alan Wrench wasn’t included and was very hard to install handles.

I installed for a customer. The design for attaching the door handles using allen wrench was an ackward nightmare. Why not have a screw attach from the opposite side? Bottom metal molding on one door is glued on 1/2" off and cap does not fit. What a joke. Customer has to order new one and I have to go back to the job.
