When received in a close, taped box, the sink was so old it was discolored and not shaped correctly. The four holes for the faucet were not openly drilled as indicated in the description. When I called the number to get instructions on returning the item as indicated by the advertisement on every page of the "catalogs", I was greeted by a raucous, irritating, repetitious music loop of a few seconds blaming covid issues, etc. for the delay. I turned the terribly annoying, obnoxious music down even though it, more quietly, created a painful presence. After almost 50 minutes of this, I hung up and texted my grievance. The response I received was, basically, too bad, so sad, the item was in an open box. I still have to pay for it, even though it is unusable and it is not as described which, according to a plumber friend of mine, said nothing about open-box and no-return policy? Nope! Not okay! I feel swindled! The product needs to be credited to my account and return information needs to be provided, because it is unusable. Please maintain your advertising and do so.
