The door is nice, but came with a couple of cracks, near the glass sections. Unfortunately, due to a bathroom remodel, I didn’t remove the door from the packaging until after 30 days and Wayfair claimed they could do nothing about it, but give me $25 to fix it and even recommended me covering it with contact paper (what the heck?). This door was not cheap and I expected a better response. I then tried to contact the company directly, but they make it super difficult to reach anyone. My confidence in ordering from Wayfair is diminishing. If you do so, just make sure to check the items before 30 days are up.

6 different areas on this door cracked and Fell Apart! It cracked where all three hinges were placed, where the knobs are and where the latch was placed etc. Mind you I had a professional install, it's not like I tried to do it and screwed it up. It loosk like paper inside where you can see the interior where the knob holes were cut out. I waited over three weeks for this door and am supposed to be listing the house tomorrow.

Replaced a very ugly pantry door with this nice one!

Price was right on this heavy door. Looks great. The glass was cover with plastic from when they primed it so made it quick to paint it the wife’s color of choice.

Nice quality to this door overall. The door has been finished with a flat white paint. There is a thin plastic film which covers the glass portions. By in large, this helps in repainting instead of masking. However, one side was filmed nicely, but the other side’s plastic film was not done well and our repainting got messy. This is a very heavy door and probably requires two people to carry and fit to frame.
