I was really excited about this and it came with missing and damaged pieces. I used to really love my items from Wayfair but lately they have been of very poor quality and I’m returning more than I keep.

This is a disappointment. It is listed as a bathroom towel rack. It has no way of attaching to a wall. It just leans against the wall. If you were in the shower and grabbed the towel the entire rack would come falling. It also doesn’t show the there are screws for each ladder, so you see these. The photo makes it look like one solid piece. Not sure what to do with it, I guess I will send it back, frustrating. Not worth the cost, even though inexpensive.

Arrived on time but the packaging looked like it had been through the ringer. One of the top segments was damaged and had to be forced back in, that was not easy. I do like the look but the whole piece is not levelplumb. That’s annoying when positioning but not noticeable to the casual observer.
