DO NOT BUY I was too cheap to buy a real Saniflo toilet. I thought I would save by buying this thing. I knew it would not be on par with a Saniflo, but I wanted to give it a try. This is 100% chinesium stuff. Flexible coupling are all metric and they barely fit on standard 1 1/2'' ABS pipe. The extension pipe is only held on by friction and the rubber connection is not meant to be used with a hose clamp. Nothing to be found in the instruction manual about this extension pipe either. The flushing mechanism is not assembled from factory. You have to put it together. The flushing mechanism interfere with one of the tank mounting bolt. Speaking of the tank: It's BARLEY holding on the bowl. The plastic screws are so flimsy it feels like it's gonna break. It's wobling and not sturdy at all. Also, the seat lid won't even stay open because of the tank! The tank is not offset enough from the seat mounting holes. PLEASE, do not buy. Do yourself a favor and bite the 2000$ for a real Saniflo toilet.

So we received this upflush toilet in good standing with all required pieces in the box. The toilet is beautiful and so far works great. We took a chance getting this toilet because of the price. Did not want to pay $1000+ for saniflo. Hope this toilet a good long time.

Installer had no issues installing. We have flushed it multiple times at this point and it works as expected.

Louder than expected but easy for us to install ourselves and looks great.

Very good quality! Decent design and price. Highly recommend it for basement projects as they are very easy to install. I was expecting it to have a loud sound when flushing, but it does not!
