Really fast delivery. Will be able to install right away. Cant believe they packed all that in that box. Thanks!

Only negative is the toilet is small, especially the seat height which is about 2 inches shorter than normal. We built a platform to raise the height which was a smal setback. The macerator works great, but be advised that it runs in short pulses (2-3 seconds) to preserve motor life and to grind waste more effectively. We thought this pulsing was a flaw but learned this is normal for some modern macerators. Construction is very solid all around and I see this lasting many years!

Great upgrade for our guests bathroom. The delivery was quick and easy, by the way, we paid for it with Wayfair credit card.

I feel this purchase was an excellent choice compared to the cost of breaking up a concrete floor and installing a traditional toilet. The upflush is aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend professional installation as the instructions were detailed but not as detailed as they should’ve been. It periodically makes a noise when the water is being pushed back into the house pipes but it’s normal and not overwhelming irritating but it does occasionally make a suction type sound.

I had this toilet installed in my basement bathroom. It looks very nice and has 2 flush options to save water. It’s a little loud when flushed but so far no clogs.
