love the look

The door locks with bolt deadbolt are beautiful. The look very expensive well-made. The problem is I ordered five for my building and all five which is a quantity of 10, deadbolt and door lock are all key the same. Now I have to go and get a locksmith to have them rekey each set of 4. Nothing stated the description they were gonna send me all sets of six with the same keys, ridiculous! because of that I’m giving a law rating, I have additional expenses in order to utilize them.

Great knobs. Quality is great as well as the style!

Difficult to setup and deadbolt does not work! I purchased this to match other knobs but I’m extremely disappointed. First of all, I was unable to remove the knob - a key step in installing the provided screws. I also had a professional try and I had to use different screws in the end. Next, I got the deadbolt installed following the instructions. However, after removing the key it not longer works. WD-40 helps, but it still only turns with the key in it, rendering the unit useless. I’ll be uninstalling it and returning it this weekend.
