Love it! And it feels really well made

I purchased this in February 2022 for 250 had it installed several months later. It is discolored, scratched looks like it’s about 20 years old. I’m very disappointed in the quality and would love a refund. I purchased it because it looked clean, sleek modern and thought it would be great to see upon coming into my home. Unfortunately, now every time I unlock my door enter my home, I’m annoyed by this poor purchase.

It started changing the color, looking fainted and stained in about six months now less than one year after we installed it looks really beaten up. The indoor hardware is in a pristine condition. We don’t use the front door much since we come in through the garage so it should not be in this condition. Unfortunately we can’t get a replacement or reply return from factory or Wayfair. Now it has been over a year looking worse day by day. It was not inexpensive to last less than one year… wondering if it’s bad quality or was a bad batch. I love the sleek design. I hope Wayfair or the supplier make it right to us.
