Absolute disaster, this is the item still in the driveway, delivered in thousands pieces. Neither the packaging nor the way it was handled by the transporter are adequate. I will request a full refund

This toilet is not a regular US installation. The wall has to be cut out to install.

Havent installed. This is for the delivery. My front door in on a second floor. The delivery guy left the huge heave box in a public driveway area in the rain. On its side. So the box is destroyed and the heavy toilet will have to be brought up to my house without packaging. Lazy and thoughtless.

We have not installed it yet. It’s a very nice looking we’ll made and heave toilet. The seat is cheaply made and really takes away from the quality of the toilet. We will most likely buy a better heavy duty seat for this toilet.
