Was used, previously installed, and broken in multiple places. All Wayfair did was put me in touch with the manufacturer. They offer no other customer service support other than referrals to manufacturers.

First delivery was broken. Luckily we were home at the time and the box was so beat-up that we’re were able to refuse delivery. We like the design, and it’s heavy duty. However, the bowl is off white and the shelf is pure white. We plan on keeping it, but it’s definitely off.

Sink is gorgeous and the style is awesome for our home on the river in the mountains. It did come badly beat up and broken in the back. My husband used glue and some clamps to put it together and thankfully the breakage was in the back against the wall so it won’t be visible. Shipping came fast but it was damaged. Otherwise would have given it 5 stars!
