[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After considerable research on my part I determined that I could use this set to exchange the flush button on our toilet to brushed gold so it would match the rest of our remodeled bathroom for which we bought a new toilet from you. Unfortunately I discovered that our seat hinges required the larger (2-9/16") diameter covers rather than the 2-3/16" diameter covers included in this set. I communicated with Bianca at your customer support, but she said I could not exchange the small covers for the larger ones. The smaller covers are sold separately as CH06, but the larger ones do not seem to be sold separately based on my research of your site. To get the larger covers, I would have to buy a complete set such as CH02G or CH04G with button mechanisms I would have to throw away. I don't understand why you would offer the small covers separately but not the larger ones.
