I ordered this to be delivered overnight and it took five days to arrive. It may be a nice faucet, but I contacted the online help and they said someone would contact me by phone. It never happened. I had to buy a different faucet because my contractor was on a schedule. It arrived four days late and I had to call again to be get permission to return it.

Item is great but your tracking is awful. Delivery date first shown as Feb 14, then after purchase, 20th. Then del was shown for Feb 7th, altho' it was already the 8th! Arrived on the 9th. Absolutely no tracking details provided until the 9th! I still have no idea who I bought this from or where it originated. A sketchy Wayfair transaction despite a good product - some transparency would go a long way....
