Faucet is easy to rough in. It installs just like a shower valve. So you’ll need a plumber to shut off the homes water, open the walls, reroute the water lines and then patch the walls and prep for paint. The only gripe I have with this faucet has nothing to do with the faucet itself. It’s with the makers of the vanities. Since the faucet comes out of the wall, you don’t need the three predrilled holes that come with EVERY SINGLE VANITY on the market. And to get rid of the holes you have to buy a whole new vanity top which adds expense to the project. Having said that the finished product is very nice, looks very custom, and has a high impact as a finished product. The faucet itself I would buy again (and have, this is the second bathroom I’ve put it in).
